Delicious one pot plant based barley soup with Harissa and other delicious spices and seasonings.

Ingredients:
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
1 small pinch of thai chili or regular chili powder to taste.
1 cup of organic crushed tomatoes
1 tbsp of harissa seasoning
1 tbsp diced onion
1 tbsp of minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup of minced bell pepper
1 plantain or potato
2 cups of rinsed barley
10 cups of water
salt to taste
