Gorilla Milk ~ healthy green juice ~
celery cucumber spinach
homemade almond milk – soak 1 cup of almonds overnight & blend soaked almonds the next morning with 2 cups of water. strain and enjoy!

Grain & Gluten Free Bagels
4 eggs / 1 cup cassava root flour / 1 cup arrowroot flour / sea salt / 1 tbs water / 1 tbs maple syrup / 1 cup palm oil / 1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides / form into bagels & boil in water until they rise to surface. bake at 350 for 20-25 mins!

Chia Seed Pudding
1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup almond milk ~ soak overnight & I top mine with strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes, coconut sugar, cinnamon, & honey

Morning Tonic
juice ginger & turmeric (as much as you want!) add in the juice of a lemon, a little salt & pepper, and plenty of coconut water! great for digestion & immunity!
