1. 90 – 90 Stretch Position
• 3 Rounds (20 seconds each side)
2. Thoracic Bridge
• 3 Rounds (3 Breathes each side)
3. Couch Stretch

THE WORKOUT:
1. Incline Press (4 Sets of 5 Reps)
• 1st Set: 135 lbs
• 2nd Set: 185 lbs
• 3rd Set: 225 lbs
• 4th Set: 225 lbs
2. Dumbbell Bench Press
• 3-4 Sets (10 Reps): 80 lbs
• 2 Sets (10 Reps): 90 lbs
3. Dumbbell Fly
• 3-4 Sets (10 Reps): 90 lbs
4. Alternating Band Presses & Flies
• 3 Sets (10 Reps Each Side)
5. Earthquake Pushup
