If you guys are not familiar with millet, it is one ingredient worth trying out. It is super nutritious and very delicious. Before doing this millet recipe I had no idea what millet was. This is one of the ways this clean eating plant based vegan diet has sent me down the path to explore all of these amazing foods that I never knew about or tried. There is so much food that is no longer off limits now, that the possibilities are endless. Let me know in the comments below if you guys have tried millet and what do you think of it.
