Flat top waffle cone (in Australia we found them at IGA supermarket)

White melted chocolate melt in microwave 30 sec at a time on high, stirring in between, add a teaspoon of Krisco/copha to make it easier to dip)
Blue sanding sugar sprinkles
Cookies (that are a similar size or bigger than the top opening of the cone, we used Arnotts tic-tocs)
