LOVE HEART CUPCAKES – Pearl love hearts – Cupcake decorating tutorial by Charli how to baking
Ingredients
Bright Pink frosting (preferably in a piping bag or plastic bag with corner cut off)
Pink Sugar pearls (available in coles, ebay and select cake decorating stores in Australia)
Heart Cookie cutter (ensure it is smaller than the cupcake)
Plain cupcake without frosting/icing
Knife (plastic is ok for smaller kids but we did get better results with a blunt metal knife)
