NZ LOLLY CAKE! (Candy Cake)
This treat comes all the way from NZ, the land of the long white cloud. A family favorite for us, we thought we would pass on this awesome no bake recipe.
The Eskimo’s/fruit puffs are like a dry marshmallow treat found in New Zealand, similar candy in Australia would be banana lollies and it works out very nicely with those if you can’t access NZ sweets. Otherwise I also think it would be great to try using chopped meringue (preferably colored) as well. I’ve seen these for sale (mini meringues) in supermarkets here in Aus. You could pretty much use any soft candy that doesn’t harden too much in the fridge.
