You will need:
Oreos
Paper straws (pale blue & white)
Life Savers (mint white or clear)
Small candy with hole in the middle or USA smarties
White melted chocolate (we tinted ours blue but this is optional)
Blue sanding sugar
Scissors (to cut straw to size)
Small deep container full of rice to use as a cookie pop stand
