You will need:
3 ingredient cookie dough (plain flour, butter, sugar)
Pineapple cookie cutter (ebay or amazon)
Green candy melts or white melted chocolate dyed green or frosting
Yellow food dye
Plastic knife
Baking paper
Cookie tray/baking tray
