Make Easy Rocky Road! Cute kids cooking tutorial – Holiday baking Christmas treat idea
You will need:
Melted chocolate (375g) – Heat in microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted. Careful not to overheat it – chocolate keeps its shape until you stir it! You can add a small amount of copha if needed to make it smoother.
Bag of Marshmallows (we just used 1x 250g bag of marshmallows)
1 Cup roasted unsalted peanuts
Turkish delight bars chopped (1-2 bars)
(You could also swap the turkish delight for soft candy)
