Cake mix batter (mixed to pack instructions)
Silver ball sprinkles (get the smallest possible size)
Black liquorice wheels (Twizzler/fruit wheels are also fine)
Cupcake baking tray
Foil (optional — to help stabilize the cones)
Spoon
Frosting
Knife
