Apple pie meets pizza on the grill! We top homemade dough with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and Sweet Martha, fresh-picked apples from the orchard up the street, extra sharp white cheddar (the old apple pie tradition) and apple-smoked bacon.
Then we fire it on the Tribal Fire grill from Cotton Gin Smokers (you can get yours here: https://livefireandsmoke.com ) at about 450°F and finish it with an icing drizzle.
Make one for Thanksgiving, a tailgate or the fall fair. It’ll be gone before mama’s turkey.
