Charli shows you how to make the spookiest halloween lollipops. They are easy to make and these look great for any halloween celebration. All you need is some lollipops, tissue paper, piping and some eyes (or you can draw the eyes on) plus scissors. Put them in the trick or treat goodie bag or use them as part of a lolly buffet. Great kids craft activity idea for the school classroom too!
